Over the years, student workers in the PAGS office have collaborated with other members of the Earlham community to produce some resources that might be helpful for organizing efforts, on college campuses and beyond. Earlham College is a place where the governance structure relies heavily on both committees and the process of consensus. These documents reflect upon challenges that arise within such a structure, and offer insights on how injustices might be addressed.
